Are you tired of your usual gym workout or exercise routine? Trying to get fit but failing because it’s boring? Exercising is effort but you know you feel good afterwards….

If you want to try something new, different, fun and very effective then book Energi Fit. You’ll be one step closer to your fitness goal. You can bring your friends or other half along too. And you’re guaranteed to have a laugh – at each other, yourself or both!

All our classes are run by qualified instructors on trampolines in the fitness zone.

You need to book in advance for each class.

ENERGI FIT COST

£6 per class or £25 for 5 sessions!

All jumpers must complete a waiver form prior to their first session. Energi Grip socks are compulsory. You can book online or purchase them at reception.

According to NASA, trampolining is ‘the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man.
